چکیده

Aim: Osteoporosis and osteopenia are common in Saudi Arabia the burden of management an aging population will increase coming decades. The study aimed to describe prevalence osteoporosis among patients more than 50 years old, identify risk factors these conditions, as well adherence guideline for treating a government hospital Al-Kharj, Arabia. Methods: This is retrospective case–control performed at orthopedic clinic King Khaled from January 2020 February 2021. Data were collected retrospectively electronic medical records. Results: During period, 752 visited with mean age 69.05 (±13.575). About 13.6% them diagnosed 15.7% osteopenia. having include being female (Odds Radio = 3.107, P 0.001), Vitamin D deficiency (OR 21.447, osteoarthritis 0.459, 0.006). 2.003, 0.82), 32.657, 6.185, 0.001). In present study, 97.1% used appropriate drug that recommended by reference guideline. Conclusions: quite prevalent population. Design, Development and In Vitro Characterization of Self Emulsifying Drug Delivery System for Irbesartan

The objectives of present investigations were to optimize concentration of oil, surfactant and cosurfactant by pseudoternary phase diagrams and to develop a stable formulation of self emulsifying drug delivery system (SEDDS) in order to enhance the dissolution rate of poorly soluble Irbesartan (IBS) by SEDDS. Pseudoternary phase diagrams were constructed to identify the self emulsifying region....
